Roullete is a game of chance that originated in France and is a derivative of Biribi. The basic idea is to predict the numbers that will appear on numbered spots by placing chips into a spinning wheel. It can be played alone or in a team. To play successfully, choose the best table and play with the odds in your favor.
Voisins du Zero
Voisins du Zero is a French phrase that translates to “neighborhoods around zero.” In Roulette, the Voisins du Zero are a group of numbers on a wheel that stretch from 22 to 25. In Roulette, these numbers include the numbers 0, 2, 3, and 4. These numbers are the center of the grouping.
Voisins du Zero bets cover sections of the roulette wheel and are generally found on European and French roulette tables. In the Voisins du Zero bet, you place a bet on the numbers that are closest to the zero, between 22 and 25. Voisins du Zero bets can also be used as insurance for outside bets. When covering the zero with a low denomination chip, the spread is widening.
Voisins du Cylinder
Voisins du Cylinder is a bet strategy in French Roulette that increases your chances of winning the game. The bet involves betting a set number of chips on 17 cylinders on the roulette wheel, from number zero to number twenty-five, plus the number seven on the opposite side of the wheel. Another variation of this strategy is the Tiers du Cylinder, which involves betting on two or three regions of the wheel. While this strategy is less popular than the Voisins du Cylinder, its chances of success are similar.
This bet is most popular in France. Voisins du Cylinder is divided into two groups. The first covers seventeen numbers on the opposite side of the wheel, from zero to twenty-two, and the second covers the other fourteen numbers, from twenty-five to thirty-three. This option pays 2:1 for winning combinations.
Three number bet
If you’ve ever been at a roulette table, you’ve probably noticed that there are two basic types of bets. These are called single-number and multi-number bets. The names are based on the way the roulette table is laid out.
Surrender rule
The Surrender rule of Roulette is an effective tool for roulette players. It allows players to get some or all of their money back if they lose a bet. However, the rule only applies to even-money bets, such as Red/Black, Odd/Even, High/Low, Dozens, and Column.
The first step in understanding the Surrender rule of Roullete is to understand the mathematics behind it. It makes sense to surrender a hand if the expected loss is greater than 50%. If you are expected to lose one out of four hands, then it makes sense to surrender. However, if your expected loss is less than 25%, you will make more money than you lose.
